We loved it. The view was great. The pool was nice. There is a lot of space around/in the house, so even with a max number of guests, you can still enjoy your privacy and feel comfortable.
Having more TV options would be better. I had to install the amazon prime app to watch some things of interest.
Lots of vasps and mosquitos around, so it would be really helpful to have net mosquitos on the doors/windows.

The villa has an amazing view, a nice pool and good facilities for families.
We had some issues with mosquitoes and wasps. They pinched us. Some mosquito nets on the doors and windows would be useful.

Theaya is a beautiful spacious villa in a stunning peaceful and private and especially quiet location overlooking the wide bay and the mountains. The villa is accessed via a steep narrow mountain road about a kilometer from the main road, tavernas, beach… It’s perfect for a family with children we traveled as a small group (4 adults and 4 children). Views from the terrace and balcon are excellent and the villa is not overlooked by other villas in the area. The pool is just perfect for refreshing and very clean. All the 4 bedrooms are spacious and clean and each of them equipped with its own bathroom and toilet. The barbecue area, which is also part of the villa, was simply stunning and is equipped with a refrigerator. Unexpectedly we had a very friendly and courteous cleaning services every 3 days during our 14 days stay. Communication with the owners was pleasant and uncomplicated.
A minor drawback is the lack of air conditioning in the kitchen/living room area, since it was really hot during our trip.
