Lively location, hit the spot.

The views from the property were exceptional and it felt quite private. whilst the villa felt a little “tired” it was perfectly functional and very cosy. the bed was extremely comfortable and all essentials are provided including good tv coverage including Netflix if needed. A car is essential as the walk to the nearest tavernas or bar is a long slog & walking back is all uphill & steep inclines. Nissaki harbour is very pretty with a small beach, get there early if you want a sun bed! I would recommend hiring a boat from the harbour, self drive and a great way to spend the day. Cost is approx Euro 145 + fuel (approx Euro 35 for a day) for a 7 person boat. They provide a cool box and the beach bars and restaurants up the coast are easy to moor up & watch the world go by - wonderful! I would advise taking full damage waiver insurance if you hire a car, particularly if you want to drive down to Nissaki harbour. The road is VERY narrow & you will need to get there early to park. We made the mistake of not taking waiver insurance and whilst parked & on the boat at the harbour someone reversed into us and drove off, badly damaged front bumper and a cost of Euro 580, lesson learnt. Annual waiver insurance is available on-line before you go for about £40, I know that now! All in all the villa is a lovely bolt hole, well positioned to explore the island, with beautiful views and lovely restaurants a short 10 min drive away.

superb location, spectacular views. it’s up a step hill in places but walkable from the beach, about 20 mins. ample supplies of washing and dishwasher supplies etc

could do with some more kitchen crockery and glasses
