    At Agoda website hotel mentioned that it has 24 hrs support but hotel denied that and they are operating only from 8am to 10 pm. I landed at hotel around 3am and there was no one to support. It was quite a harassment as I could not get into hotel even though I paid from previous day

    great location that’s close to everything, super nice staff and the breakfast was decent, way better than what i’ve experienced in other hotels for the same price. everything was sparkling clean, however the amenities were a bit outdated but it does not really affect you much. if you’re looking for a semi short stay for a budget price and nice location this is definitely it.

    Good location, near to Museum metro station. Walkable to most attractions. Comfortable room, breakfast very nice. Only the shower temperature a bit hard to adjust. Will recommended for those who visit to Prague.

    Great accommodations, central to most attractions with friendly staff. Would definitely return and stay again. Only downside, no laundry facilities if staying any length of time.
