About this house rental
Our new house (ready for June 2020) is located 300 meters from the sandy beaches of PLOUESCAT. This proximity to the sea, the quality of the interior facilities of the house and the diversity of its outdoor facilities, especially the jaccuzzi (inflatable), will make you spend a relaxing and relaxing holiday with family or friends.
The single-storey house, 110 m2, tastefully decorated and can accommodate 8-9 people and has a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator) with a small 'return-bar' To have a drink or to cook with others.

The 2nd space "night" is actually a real master suite with private bathroom (shower and sink). 2nd independent toilet.
The house has a cellar with washing machine, storage, as well as bicycles, sand games.
The garden of 800m2, has a large lawn area and a large terrace with two spaces:
- To the west: an inflatable jacuzzi, an outdoor dining table with chairs and a freestanding parasol
- South: a small rest area with outdoor coffee table and armchairs
300 meters from the house is the port and the nautical center and the first beaches. So you can enjoy swimming or activities offered kayak, paddle ...
You will also be able to walk along the coastal paths (GR34). Shops are nearby, some seasonal: bakery, restaurants, bar-tabac-newspapers
4kms away is PLOUESCAT town center, a tourist town with weekly market, shops and a supermarket.
The house is ideally located to visit the North Finistere: on one side: roscoff, its thalasso, its exotic garden and departures for the beautiful island of Batz. But also Carantec (and its castle of the Bull), Plougasnou, the circuit of the enclosures parish,
On the other side, further west, the Abers coast, with Kerlouan and the village of Ménéham, Landéda, Plouguerneau ... then even further Brest, Pointe St Mathieu, Conquet, the islands of Ouessant and Molène, Océaanopolis ...
