A breakfast on the beautiful balcony is the perfect start to the day.
One of the bedrooms has a cozy box spring bed (180 x 200) and a baby travel bed. The second bedroom has two single beds.
The apartment is barrier-free, and accessible by an elevator directly from the underground car park.
The beach (400 m), the promenade, shops and the forest outdoor swimming can be reached within a few minutes on foot.
The city of Cuxhaven, the neighboring town of Duhnen, as well as a wide range of sports and leisure activities such as the kite spot or a climbing park can be found in the vicinity.
Bed and bath linen can be ordered for a fee via the property management.
In high season, the rental is only weekly. Arrival / departure day is Saturday. Flexible off-season.
A deposit of 100,00 € is due before arrival. Electricity / water / heating are included.
Your tourist tax please pay in advance by bank transfer. Your Kurkarten are deposited before arrival for you in the object.
An underground parking space belongs to the apartment. You can use it for free during your stay.
In the storeroom is a bike for "bread roll" ready.

Die Wohnung ist top. Lage zum Strand sehr gut. Leider sitzt man auf dem Balkon doch sehr auf dem Präsentierteller, ein Sichtschutz wäre super.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad zu erreichen.
In der näheren Umgebung gibt es einen kleinen Bäcker und 2-3 Restaurants.

Auch wenn ein altes Crossant unter einem Stuhl lag war alles super, wir gehen davon aus, dass dies eine Ausnahme war.Die Lage ein Traum. Die Sauna Luxus. Alles da was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung entspricht nach Bildern der Beschreibung. Die Einrichtung ist sehr neu (erste Einträge im Gästebuch vor Ort stammen aus dem Juli 2018) und soweit war auch alles sauber. Allerdings gibt es entgegen der Objektbeschreibung kein funktionsfähiges WLAN. Ein Router existiert nicht, lediglich eine billigste Buchse von Congstar mit Netzstecker. Und der tut nicht mal! Auch eine Rückfrage beim Objektverwalter hat keine Abhilfe geschaffen, auf den zugesagten Rückruf warte ich immer noch... Schade eigentlich, da die Wohnung sonst nicht schlecht gewesen wäre.
