Holiday in the resort Cuxhaven-Sahlenburg on the North Sea coast of Lower Saxony. Only 400 meters from the apartment, you will find a natural mix of heath, finch moor, forest, watts and sea - absolutely unique in northern Germany.

Prices are for 4 people, one more person per night 10, - € extra bed. Tourist tax is applied.
Bed linen and towels can be ordered for a fee if required.
A deposit of 100,00 € is due before arrival.
Electricity / water / heating are included.
A dog or a cat is available for an additional charge of 22, - €.
Be one of the first guests to spend a few carefree days in our 68 m² apartment. The high quality and fully equipped kitchen and the large and modern living / dining area leave nothing to be desired.
Enjoy your breakfast on the balcony overlooking the countryside, on waders and rabbits. For activities you will find in the immediate vicinity of a forest pool, a climbing park, a kite and surfing school, a dog beach, a sheltered forest children's playground and of course the city of Cuxhaven with different beach sections Duhnen, Döhse and Grimmenhörn.
Only a few steps from our apartment, you can reach the promenade with cafes and restaurants, the Watt visitor center and of course the beach with a view of the island of Neuwerk. 50 meters from the apartment, the mudflats start through the world cultural heritage of Lower Saxony Wadden Sea.
At the end of the evening you can comfortably relax with board games or a glass of wine. The private sauna invites you to relax after a busy day or a long walk by the sea.
In one of the bedrooms is a large and comfortable box spring bed available. The other bedroom offers two more sleeping possibilities in comfortable single beds.
Bed linen, towels and bathrobes can be ordered for a fee via the property management.
In the season (May to September) a beach chair on the beach is available free of charge.

Wir waren im letzten Jahr schon in einer anderen Wohnung in diesem Gebäude. Die Lage hat uns sehr überzeugt, daher sind wir wieder gekommen. Der Strandkorb, der zur Wohnung gehört ist ein sehr schönes Highlight (zumal die Strandkörbe am Strand an manchen Tagen ausgebucht waren, sodass es gut war, dass man bereits versorgt war). Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist super, es fehlt an nichts. Und es war auch sehr sauber. Die Sauna haben wir bei 30 Grad draußen nicht genutzt, ist aber sicherlich schön bei schlechtem Wetter.

Die Appartment-Anlage ist super. Sehr modern, Check-In/Out über den Tresor fanden wir sehr komfortabel. Sehr gut durchdacht, und der Wohnraum perfekt genutzt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Wohnung war ausreichend groß für 4 Personen, gut ausgestattet und mit der Lage (3 Gehminuten vom Strand, 10 Autominuten nach Cuxhaven) perfekt für uns.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Im Sommer kann ich mir allerdings vorstellen, dass es unangenehm warm in der Wohnung wird, da die Sonne gleich früh direkt rein scheint. Jetzt im Frühling war es noch ok.
Ach und der Staubsauger müsste ausgetauscht werden. Er verbreitet einen sehr strengen Geruch sobald man ihn benutzt.
Ansonsten alles paletti! :-)

Wir waren im Frühling 10 Tage bei euch. Leider hatten wir sehr schlechtes Wetter. Da aber eure Wohnung so schön ist und wir nichts vermisst haben, ganz im Gegenteil -die Sauna ist ein Highlight-, hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub und fühlten uns fast "wie zu Hause". Gerne kommen wir wieder.
