Mary's apartment - with free parking

Very clean and comfortable apartment in a great location close to the city center. Having a dedicated parking spot was a big plus.

The apartment is perfect and the host is polite, but the communication and check-in organization were highly stressful. Right after paying for the reservation, I started receiving messages asking me to register in a system outside of Booking.com to get my check-in instructions. However, the provided links were invalid. I tried calling the property's contact number several times; someone would pick up, I could hear breathing on the other end, but no one would speak. Later, the host contacted me via WhatsApp, insisting on an exact arrival time. I explained that I was riding a motorcycle for over 800 kilometers and could only provide an estimated arrival time in the evening. Despite this, we had to message back and forth multiple times until I was forced to commit to an exact hour. The check-out process was similarly rigid—I had to specify my exact departure time the day before so the host could come and collect the keys in person. I understand a host's desire to personally welcome and see off their guests, but for me, this lack of flexibility and the broken external system caused unnecessary anxiety both in the days leading up to my stay and while on the road.

The apartment was very spacious with all the necessary staff.The host was very friendly and informative.He let us in earlier in the apartment as we travelled with our baby.He had placed some croissants for us as a treat.The location of the apartment was excellent, as there was two big supermarkets nearby and 2 bakeries, the one just under the apartment.The tram stop was just a minute walk literally and in 5 stops max you were at the central square of Zagreb.

Only that the oven wasnt clean.

Very good experience, from arrival to check-out. The host was always on time and gave me all the informations I needed for my stay. Apartment was modern, very clean and cosy. The kitchen had all the essentials for preparing a meal. I really appreciated the working air-conditioning! There was a free parking spot for me. Traveling with the tram and uber was super easy and close to the city center with lot's of restaurants, bars and shops. I would definitely book it next time.

Hoenstly, we had a great stay at this apartment. Firdtly, it was very clean, well-maintained, and in an excellent location. The apartment had everything we needed, including toiletries, cleaning supplies, and even some refreshments and snacks provided by the host. The host, Mr. Rajko, was exceptionally kind and welcoming. He personally greeted us, helped us park and get settled in, and was always available if needed. His hospitality really made a difference. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this place.
