Glavna prednost je dobra lokacija blizu centra, tramvaja, prodavnica, restorana, dečije bolnice; predivno dvorište i predusretljiv vlasnik. Parking se lako pronalazi u okolnim ulicama (plaća se na aparatima) i veoma je miran i bezbedan kraj. Apartman je vrlo prostran i krevet je udoban. Ok je za kraće boravke od 2-3 noći ali samo ako vam ne smeta miris duvana i vlage!
Stan loše miriše. Nameštaj loše miriše Piše da je za nepušače ali u apartmanu je definitivno pušeno i to mnogo, oseća se iz nameštaja i to je glavni razlog što ne bismo došli ponovo!! Takođe je u suterenu, oseća se miris vlage. Opremljen je osnovno, nije za duže boravke. Nas je zadesila neprijatnost jer je apartman loše očišćen od prethodnih gostiju ali je vlasnik odmah reagovao na primedbu i izvinio se.
