Апартамента е много чист и комфортен. Мирише приятно, леглата са удобни, банята светеше от чистота. Нищо не липсваше в апартамента. Намира се на централна улица, по която минава трамвай, но шума не се чува много силно. Има платен обществен паркинг наблизо. Домакина беше много любезен и отговаряше на съобщенията ни.
Дамакина предлага безплатен паркинг във вътрешния двор, но не го препоръчвам на никой. Входа е толкова тесен, че има опасност да счупите страничните огледала или да си надраскате колата. Ние направихме тази грешка да влезем, след което излизането беше наистина много трудно, защото в двора почти е невъзможно да обърнете колата. Беше голямо предизвикателство. Ползвайте обществения паркинг.

Perfectly designed little apartment in great location, just few steps from tram location. The best surprise is new bathroom with underfloor heating and washing machine which is convenient if you stay longer. The king size bed is with new mattress and very comfortable to sleep in. Extra plus - open Netflix! This is definitely the best value for money!
Most ppl comment the vibrations from tram which you can hear and feel, but that doesn’t impact your stay or sleep at all.

The place was very nice, clean, comfortable and well maintained. Everything is new or almost new and nicely decorated. The place has nice lightning and spacious table in case you need to do some work.
The building itself is in a bad shape and the nearby tram is heard and felt loudly in the apartment. Still great for the location and the price.
