Posizione fantastica, fronte mare con un panorama suggestivo, vicinissimi al mercato dei fiori e quindi a Nizza vecchia. Stabile molto bello e appartamento spazioso. Host molto disponibili e gentili. Check-in e check out super easy.

Purtroppo il contatore non ha una grande resistenza e saltava di continuo attaccando induzione e phon insieme. Probabilmente perché c’è scaldabagno elettrico.

The view was lovely. The location was great.

The apartment is pretty dated. Absolute bare minimum of essentials provided for a 5 night stay for 4 people. A hotel would ensure you had sufficient toilet paper etc but in this case they didn't go above and beyond. 2nd bedroom was particularly hot as there isn't any air-conditioning. In July this was really unpleasant. The main bedroom is very cramped. Bed jammed against the wall with only one bedside table able to fit in the room. The electricity short circuited when we turned on a few appliances at once. The managing agent was aware of this issue and it was resolved, but still inconvenient. Collection of keys was challenging as the agent forgot to put them in the after hours collection box at his office. Our taxi driver was very frustrated and charged us to wait for the agent to arrive. We had a few issues with the managing agent. They require a 500 euro bond and then when anything goes wrong (bedroom blind above our head falling off the wall) you are at risk of being charged whilst they determine if it's your fault. The agent eventually advised they were aware of this happening with the bedroom blind. When holidaying you'd prefer to spend your time doing other things than disputing the condition of the property with the managing agent.
