A delightful mid-terrace, stone cottage based in Pendeen, Cornwall and can sleep five people in three bedrooms.
Tinners Rest is a wonderful mid-terrace cottage based in Pendeen, Cornwall. It has three bedrooms: one super king-size (zip/link), one king-size and one single, served by a family bathroom and a ground floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Downstairs has a fitted kitchen, and an open-plan living room and dining area with a woodburning stove. Outside has a front and rear patio area with furniture. Off-road parking is available for two cars. Tinners Rest is an excellent cottage for those family breaks to Cornwall.
Amenities: Electric and underfloor heating, woodburning stove. Electric oven and induction hob, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine,
fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washer/dryer, hair dryer, TV and WiFi. Fuel, starter pack for wood burner, and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent but please bring own beach towels. Travel cot (please bring own bed linen) and highchair. Bottom stair gate can be provided. Off-road parking for two cars. Front and rear patio area with furniture. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.01 miles and pub 0.1 miles.
