Absolutely recommended

Great location close to the bus/tram / airport express X96 bus, a public beach nerby as well as a supermarket. The appartment must have been reconstructed recently, everything was perfect. The terrace with the sea view absolutely amazing. The host wonderful and helpful!!

Superb

The apartment is just like the pictures, which is a rare thing to find when booking online. Every detail was well thought to offer every comfort to the visitor, and it was the only place I've been to where they offered you also female pads. The fridge was full of free welcome beverages, and they left also some snacks for us. The balcony with the sea view is stunning. The apartment is also a few minutes away from the beach, and from the tram station, that takes you to Syntagma square.

More than we expected

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is normal sized, but it has a hugge terrace with nice view to the sea. It was clean and we had everything we needed (even detergent, tea, coffe, a nice bottle of wine etc). It is close to supermarkets , restaurants, sea and transportation. The host was nice, helpfull and easy to contact (via sms or Whatsapp).

First of all I am grateful to Madam Aristea and to the rest professional team! The organisation started from the first minute of my booking, after the confirmation I’ve received all complete information and support! When I entered to the apartment- I’ve received the next care and attention from Madam ) Adorable house, super cozy ! I was feeling comfortable and safe there! Everything was shine and proper cleaned ! Good wine and Christmas- sweets on the table! The front-sea-view was opening from the big balcony. Good brands of home appliances. High quality of bed linens, towels. All materials, hygiene products and necessary groceries were present in apartment. This multi-storey building is well-located, in an enough-quite place, what is very important at night-time.Supermarket, pharmacy, bakery and other stores are near around. Also tram or bus are easily accessible. I’ve enjoyed of such as beautiful and modern apartment. THANK YOU a lot for your hospitality and excellent living arrangements!!! My sincerest wishes to YOU !!!

Very clean and beautiful apartments. With the huge terrace and super sea view. You can find just everything for short staying. Kitchen is well equipped, coffee maschine, toaster, washing maschine on the terrace. The beach is very close, conection with Athens centre is easy with taxi or bus. The host is super kind. Thank you for our perfect stay and also for the beverages in the fridge :-).

EXCEPTIONAL SEA VIEW APARTMENT

The apartment was amaizing, spacious, and the price was very good for what an excelent designed facilities it offered. It has a perfect scenary with beautiful sea view (really romantic), the terrace is big and with lot of furniture. The staff was extremly friendly, especially the owner who is warm, friendly and was a great woman who is there whenever you need her advices. It is ideal for a couple who wants to spend a romantic period in Athens. For sure I will come back here again (me and my husband are already planning our returnal here in autumn) I've never stayed in such a perfect apartment (and I ve stayed in a lot of apartments all over the Europe)

Relaxed Stay with great hospitality

Everything is exactly like on the pictures. The flat is very modern, clean and very well equipped. It has a hug terrace with different opportunities to sit or lay down. The view to the sea is amazing. The neighbourhood is quiet, several coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets are close to the flat. A car is not required, also the beach is very close( around 4 minutes). Natascha, the host, is amazing. Her hospitality is fantastic, she is always available, extremely supportive and makes sure that you feel very welcomed and comfortable. The flat gets my fully recommendation and is perfect for both, vacation and business trips.

Really nice

I loved how our host arranged the furniture. Really nice place to stay. Super neat. Our host was very friendly and definitely knows how to welcome people. The location is perfect if you want to enjoy both the beach and the city center. My husband and I used Uber to arrange the taxi. Most of them use it, so it is very practical. Plus, we could cook our own meals. And I could wash our laundry with the washing machine located on the balcony.

Everything was nice. You should go if you want to visit Athens. I strongly recommend this host. She is great!

A szállásadóval, Natashával viberen keresztül könnyen tudtunk kommunikálni, rengeteget segített, hogy könnyen odataláljunk a szállásra, személyes találkozásunkkor is nagyon rendes volt, részletesen bemutatta az apartmant, hagyott nekünk ajándék görög bort, üdítőket és rágcsálnivalókat is. Elmondta és el is küldte a közeli strand, boltok és vendéglátó helyeket. A strand valóban nagyon közel van és teljesen jó állapotban volt minden alkalommal. A közelben több kisebb-nagyobb bolt is megtalálható volt. Felejthetetlen élmény volt a nászutunk, melyhez nagyban hozzájárult Natasha útbaigazítása és tökéletes szállása is. Minden szempontból csak ajánlani tudjuk.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hat sogar meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Fantastische Terrasse mit Meerblick. Habe bei der Ankunft kleine Aufmerksamkeiten wie Getränke im Kühlschrank, Kekse etc vorgefunden. Der Kontakt mit Natascha war ausgeprochen freundlich und positiv, Würde dieser Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Volle 10 Punkte von mir - Danke für alles :-)

Доброжелательная хозяйка. Подарки при встрече - вино, напитки и пр. Безупречная чистота. Уютная оборудованная терраса вокруг аппартаментов с обеденным столом и зоной отдыха. Продуманный и комфортный интерьер. Наличие всего необходимого для жизни: от кухонных принадлежностей до гигиенических средств. Хорошее расположение - 5 минут пешком до пляжа, рядом травмай, автобус - хорошая связь с городом. Тишина в квартире, красивые виды из окон.
