Luxury, hill country style comfort complete with custom extended cabinets with center island, Quartz counters, under cabinet lighting, large single sink, wood look flooring throughout, stainless steel appliances including double door refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and microwave. Pretty stone backsplash, coffee bar area with Keurig and autodrip coffee makers, electric mock fireplace, recessed dimmable lights and great ceiling fans. Primary bedroom has a California King with premium bedding, adjacent full bathroom, grab bars for tub, Quartz counter, upgraded fixtures, large walk-in closet, computer desk, additional work area and patio door leading to the balcony. We work hard so you don't have to. Our properties are clean and well taken care of. Our Comal River vacation condos have views of the Comal River, the riverside pool, hot tub, and are within walking distance of downtown New Braunfels, TX.
~What To Bring~
Paper and kitchen products (extra paper towels, coffee filters, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, extra trash bags), cleaning supplies (dish soap, laundry soap for onsite laundry, food items, personal hygiene supplies, and grilling equipment. We place two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom and two trash bags in the kitchen, some dish soap and small bars of bath soap; be sure to bring additional supplies you may need.
***Note- You will need to bring clean up and river towels. Our towels are for bathing purposes only. We do NOT offer towel exchange. Stained/torn linens are subject to damage deposit.
Towels- See below for the amount of bath towels you will be given for your stay. You will need to bring additional towels if you think you will need more.

Wristbands required on property.
No Walk In Guests allowed. Only guests with wristbands are allowed on property.
No BBQ grills or cookers allowed on premises per city ordinance, especially not on balconies.
No fireworks or bonfires per city ordinance.
QUIET TIME - 11 pm. Quiet time includes condos, balconies, grounds, pool and parking lot.
All vehicles must have River Run specific Parking Tags - Condo # and expiration date required.
No life guards on duty. Swimming at individual risk.
Hallways, corridors and stairwells shall NOT be blocked in any manner to include tubes or ice chests per fire code.
Pool furniture NOT to be removed from gated pool area.
Luggage carts to be returned to ground floor after use.
No glass objects allowed in the river area grounds or in pool area.
Pool Hours: 9 am - 11 pm. Pool may be closed from time to time for emergency maintenance.
No Subletting permitted.

Great location with quick access to the river, tube rentals and short walk into town. The pool was clean and shaded with trees so it helped keep the water cool at peak times and in the evening. The condo was bigger than expected and had everything we needed for our stay. Owner's instructions were clear and concise. Only issue we had was dodging wasps and wasp nests on the stairs around the property. Overall we are looking to book again for our next river trip!

The property is gorgeous! The management at the property is incredible. My trip was delightful. I love the area. Lots of beautiful sites and wildlife. This is the perfect getaway.
