This 2 Bedroom. 2 Bath condo has a great location to the river! King size bed in master, queen and bunk beds in secondary bedroom with sleeper sofa in living room for flexible sleeping arrangements. Recently remodeled with upgrades including stone fireplace and flat screen TV's! Great view of the grounds and the Comal River. 835 SF. Sleeps 6. No smoking. No Pets.

We work hard so you don't have to. Our properties are clean and well taken care of. Our Comal River vacation condos have views of the Comal River, the riverside pool, hot tub, and are within walking distance of downtown New Braunfels, TX.
~What To Bring~
Paper and kitchen products (extra paper towels, coffee filters, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, extra trash bags), cleaning supplies (dish soap, laundry soap for onsite laundry, food items, personal hygiene supplies, and grilling equipment. We place two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom and two trash bags in the kitchen, some dish soap and small bars of bath soap; be sure to bring additional supplies you may need.
***Note- You will need to bring clean up and river towels. Our towels are for bathing purposes only. We do NOT offer towel exchange. Stained/torn linens are subject to damage deposit.
Towels- See below for the amount of bath towels you will be given for your stay. You will need to bring additional towels if you think you will need more.

~Rules of the Condominium Complex~
Wristbands required on property.
No Walk In Guests allowed. Only guests with wristbands are allowed on property.
No BBQ grills or cookers allowed on premises per city ordinance, especially not on balconies.
No fireworks or bonfires per city ordinance.
QUIET TIME - 11 pm. Quiet time includes condos, balconies, grounds, pool and parking lot.
All vehicles must have River Run specific Parking Tags - Condo # and expiration date required.
No life guards on duty. Swimming at individual risk.
Hallways, corridors and stairwells shall NOT be blocked in any manner to include tubes or ice chests per fire code.
Pool furniture NOT to be removed from gated pool area.
Luggage carts to be returned to ground floor after use.
No glass objects allowed in the river area grounds or in pool area.
Pool Hours: 9 am - 11 pm. Pool may be closed from time to time for emergency maintenance.
No Subletting permitted.

Condo is located in an excellent location right on the river for easy access to tubing. Close to downtown as well for restaurants, shopping, etc. Complex has a pool & hot tub and a large grassy area. This particular unit is definitely showing its age. Couch was saggy, recliner felt & looked like it was on its last legs and decor was very outdated. Two light bulbs were out and the condo overall felt dark. Secondary bedroom could use a fan (we ended up going to Target & buying one). Other units in this complex appear to have been remodeled and they look much better. You're paying for the location here. When we return we will choose another unit. Overall it's a great location for familes wanting to tube down the Comal.

Property is before the Tube Chute and can drop into the water right from the property to go down it. Plenty of space outside to BBQ and have the kids run around and the pool was nice. Downtown was a short walk which was nice.

Very nice condo and location. Loved having a balcony to be outside and enjoy weather, fresh air, and happy sounds coming from the river. Picked this specific condo bc it was closest to the water.
Only problem: Internet connection of LR TV kept cutting out, so had to watch in BR.
