Welcome to our spacious Parisian apartment, ideally located just across from Maison Blanche metro station, in the southern part of Paris.
Nestled on the first floor of a charming building with an elevator, our recently renovated, spacious 100m² apartment offers an unforgettable stay experience.
You'll be captivated by the tranquil atmosphere and exceptional charm that permeate every corner of this space.
The three meticulously arranged bedrooms provide a haven of peace after a busy day exploring the treasures of Paris. The first bedroom greets you with a comfortable double bed (160x200 cm), an adjoining shower room, and a spacious wardrobe. The second and third bedrooms also offer double beds for restful nights.
For your utmost comfort, our apartment features a total of two shower rooms with toilets. Sheets and one towel per person are included, eliminating any logistical concerns for your stay. Additionally, stay connected with our Wi-Fi available throughout your visit.

Please note:
- This apartment does not permit the organization of parties; significant charges will apply if guests do not adhere to this rule.
- In case of complaints from neighbors or the police, tenants will be required to leave immediately, with no possibility of a refund. The full security deposit will be retained.
- On the day of your arrival, check-in is generally from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and check-out is by 11:00 am at the latest. Please be aware that for check-ins between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm, an additional fee of 30 euros is required. For check-ins after 10:00 pm, a surcharge of 50 euros will be applied. No check-ins are possible after 11:00 pm.
- Upon arrival, we will request an official ID with the same name as your reservation to prevent fraud.
- Limited to 1 baby (under two years old) free of charge. Additional babies should be added as "children."

A comfortable flat. Comfy beds, nice to have the washing machine. We agreed another easy chair would be perfect. Good grocery shops nearby and easy metro/bus to sights. lovely city.

The place was clean and well-appointed...with an elevator, which was very important to us. The host and contact were helpful and easy to work with. Our only complaint was that the beds were hard, A suggestion: another couch or comfortable chairs in the living room would have been nice for more than 2 guests.

The apartament is beautiful and comfortable. We were a group of 10 persons, 6 adults and 4 children, and was enought space for all of us. The photos and description from this site are accurate.In our decision to pick this apartment were very important the testimonials from the other persons who were accomodated there.We had a wounderfull vacation in Paris.
