Welcome to our home!
This apartment is located close to the Latin Quarter, famous for its bustling student life. It offers cosy accommodations in one of Paris's liveliest areas.
The living room is attached to the kitchen and has a couch, a TV to watch your favourite shows and a dining area.
The kitchen is equipped with a toaster, stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle, and fridge, so you can easily prepare a tasty home-cooked meal. Cooking utensils and kitchenware are also provided!
This lovely apartment has three bedrooms, two with double beds (140x200) and the other with a double sofa bed. All beds are made with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The bathroom has sinks, a mirror, a walk-in shower and a toilet and contains all the necessary amenities, including towels, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries.
You will have access to Wi-Fi during your stay.
For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.
There are also motion detectors in this apartment with a camera for your security.
The flat is not accessible for people with reduced mobility. Although the property has an elevator, guests must climb some stairs to reach it.

The flat is close to Jardin des Plantes, Latin Quarter, Mouffetard Market, Jardin du Luxembourg. Given the close proximity of popular landmarks, such as Sainte-Chapelle (2.1 km) and Le Marais (2.4 km), guests can easily experience some of Paris' most well known attractions.
During your visit, be sure to check out one of Paris' popular okonomiyaki & takoyaki restaurants such as Happa Tei and aki, all a short distance from the apartment. Plus, during your trip, don’t forget to check out some of the popular science museums, such as Musee des Arts et Metiers, Galerie de Mineralogie Et de Geologie, and Palais de la Découverte.
13th arr. is a great choice for travelers interested in cathedrals, ancient landmarks and art.
Surrounded by numerous restaurants and cinemas and within easy reach of various means of public transport, the apartment offers a great jumping-off point for seeing Paris and experiencing all the French capital has to offer.

The apartment is located in a quiet and secure residence and benefits from an alarm system connected to a remote monitoring company.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.

Je conseille à tout le mond l'appartement en Gobelins 13: trois belle pièces et deux bains dans une zone très tranquille et auprès de deux gares du métro qui vous permettent de vous déplacer dans tous les endroits de la ville, toujours belle.

Our family of six loved the location which was in the midst of many great restaurants, grocery stores, malls, and movie theaters. There were parks and playgrounds within walking distance as well. Given that Paris metros were practically shut down while we were there, it was useful to have these options! The apartment was clean, warm, and comfortable for us, overall. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating, is that although there are 2 bathrooms, there is only one toilet, which is a bit of a nuisance with a large family.
