This nicely furnished and attractively decorated 3 bedroom/2 bath oceanfront condo located in Queens Grant, is the perfect place for your 'Beach Time.'
Living and Dining:
Enjoy one level living with an open concept living room, dining area and kitchen. Relax in the comfortable sun lit living room and enjoy the beautiful ocean views from the large oceanfront wall of windows and sliding door. The classic kitchen comes equipped with everything you’ll need during your stay. The dining table seats 6 with room for four more at the counter, or take your meals outside on the deck, which you access from the living room.

Parking for 2 vehicles under the unit. Additional parking is provided in the visitors parking area.

This place was very nice and very clean. I only stayed for the weekend but wish I could have stayed longer. It is right on the beach and there is an amazing view from the living room and the master bedroom. I would definitely recommend this place!

The property was exactly as described. Beachfront with a large deck. Very clean. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. The ONLY complaint we have is that the queen mattress in the main bedroom was very firm and uncomfortable. The other queen bed was better, but only slightly.

Overall, this property served it's purpose which was a quiet property directly on the beach with an unobstructed view of the water. The primary issue we experienced was the power going out in the middle of the night while we were up watching movies. The After Hours line was very slow to respond despite power outages being listed as one of their defined emergency situations. I waited for almost 20 minutes on hold before a rude woman answered and eventually said there was nothing they could do before we checked out the next day. Due to the power being out in the unit and the need to charge my mother's medical devices we had to leave in a hurry the next morning and we're able to follow all of the checkout procedures. I received a call in the morning saying someone would come by before we left but no one ever came and I never received any follow up to my concerns. It appears our unit was the only unit affected and definitely put a damper on the last night & morning of the trip. More empathetic and responsive communication would have made a huge difference vs "oh well...there's nothing we can do." Other disappointments were the living room furniture was dated and stained so we covered both couches with the extra quilts in the closets. The kitchen table chairs were also stained from obvious over use. The kitchen was fairly well appointed but they could definitely stand to replace the 2 sauté pans with updated non-stick versions.
The mattresses were very comfy and the bathrooms looked newly renovated. Water temp in the guest bathroom wasn't great but the rooms were spacious and the floor plan worked for the 4 of us. The unit length deck was also very nice.
No frills here and the communication in times of an emergency left much to be desired but a great waterfront view.
