It had its own little town. Lovely restaurants near by, ( we ate in Mavari, yum) if you don’t mind a 15 minute walk. Close to San Spirito train station (15 min walk). It was quiet. Lovely room, shower room, comfortable beds. Breakfast was lovely and Massimomilanio is a gentleman.

The property was in a really good location for us, 10 minutes to return our hire car and then another 10 minutes in their vehicle to the airport. The B and B is modern, our room was lovely with fantastic bathroom and very tasteful decor. Amazing breakfast and parking next door in a locked area couldn’t have been better. We were surprised to see how near we were to the sea and a pretty port with lots of restaurants. Saturday evening the town was full of Italian families - we seemed to be the only foreigners - it was a perfect end to our holiday.

Nothing!

We were going on a cruise leaving from Bari, and based on reviews, chose this B&B. Location from airport (10mins) and to cruise port (15-20mins) was perfect. Place is nice, but it's shows it age. Some touch up is needed (paint job/repairs) new chairs in the breakfast area. Paint and repairs in the bathrooms. The person who checked us in was really nice. He also assisted us with transportation to and from airport and cruise port which was really helpful. Breakfast is ok.

Location. We were about 1 hour from Central Bari from where all the sites and things you want to see are located (on the local bus. Uber is 20-30min costing about $50 US dollar) if you have a car, it would be better. No local restaurants are nearby. If you have any problems, their is no one available to assist. You will have to message the owner/staff for assistance and wait for response which was quick, but it would be great if someone was on staff at location. We stayed 2 nights at this location. The first time we stayed, we had a nice room that was comfortable (Room 105) the second time we stayed, the room was small (102), we had to put our luggage in the bathroom because the room was small and noticed that the room really needed some repairs and maintenance. We did have a family member with us who had an issue with their room, I was able to get another key from the front desk, switch their room and notified someone (no one is available after breakfast to assist). It did rain and water seeped in from the window and patio door in our room If I leave from Bari again, I would have to really think about staying here again. It was not bad, but it was not great- mainly due to location (to sites/restaurants, etc.) and lack of available options.
