Location was very central, close to shops, restaurants and walks.
There was no guest compendium provided so we did not have the wifi password, instructions for TV usage or information/maps of the local area. Ceiling light in the spare room wasn’t working and TV remote needed new batteries.

Spacious rooms, very clean, great location for shops and amenities, excellent hot water system, functional basic kitchen, love sitting on the veranda and very good air conditioning.
Lighting is generally dim throughout the apartment, matresses are okay but need work, griller on the stove top has a dead section, need more bins - a single kitchen bin is not really enough.

Great location. Single level.
Strong smell of cigarette smoke upon arrival. Quite a clinical feel with vinyl flooring throughout. Only one towel per person for a week. Toilet seat only secured on one side, so a bit insecure. No wardrobes - camp style hanging racks with non functional sling type shelving. Mostly had to live out of a suitcase. Very thin bed covering - needed to using clothing to add warmth to the bed at night.
