The spacious feel of the property was excellent. Close proximity to the beach and centre of town was ideal.
Didn't enjoy having a smoker next door that wafted through the unit when doors were open!
The booking in process involved too many emails and we felt uncertain of our booking until we finally received the key code details, which is only 30 minutes before arrival. When you are travelling for a day to get there, it would be nice to know everything is sorted well beforehand.

Great location and apartment was magnificent.
The folder containing instructions and the initial access to the property needs to be more specific KISS principle.

The property was very clean, well appointed with everything one could need.
The location was great as we were within walking distance to our visiting location, lovely coffee and the beach.
The mattress on the bed in the main bedroom was extremely hard - I’m not sure if this is helpful feedback but it didn’t make for a good night’s rest.

Well provided for in kitchen
instructions to get key were confusing
only one air-conditioner that struggled to cool entire area
unable to locate “bin room” to take out rubbish - no room in garage is labelled this as per instructions
over the top with instructions/messages and felt like constant threats of further charges- no contact at all with a human
we always take extreme care anywhere we stay but do not appreciate the way this is communicated
