Blue Horizon on Manning

Excellent location. Clean and comfortable.

Needed a degree to work the cooker. Crystal maze to find the bins which were in a different building.

Beautiful position and lovely apartment. Close to the beaches Walk to all shops and restaurants

Back balcony gets very hot with the hot air blowing out of the air conditioner.

The property is in a great spot on Manning Street. You are within minutes of the beach, blowhole, esplanade, pubs, cafes etc. The apartment was roomy and had all the kitchen essentials you could need for your stay. Kiama is a amazing and we loved our time there with our little boy.

It was difficult to get in touch with the owners. I wanted to re-arrange the dates within our free cancellation period and could not reach them. We were only contacted when they wanted to verify identity and payment. The lockbox system was quite fiddly and made us nervous about getting in the apartment, considering we could potentially only text the owners if we needed help. There were rules and reminders all over the apartment about noise and taking care, it felt like if we left one thing out of place we were going to be penalised. There was air conditioning, which was great. But it was one split system in the middle of the apartment, it got quite warm in the bedrooms, which worried us a little as our toddler was sleeping in one, but there was also a fan you could use if the air con wasn't quite reaching where you needed. The apartment was relatively clean, but a few of the mugs were still dirty and there was sand all through the ensuite shower.
