About this villa rental
Our secluded country home sits on the slope of a lush hill, with stunning panoramic views of the capital of Andros 'Chora', the valley and the Aegean Sea. It was custom built by a re-known architect respecting the traditional architecture of the island, using the local stone.
The 3 acres of land are full of olive and fruit trees such as almonds, figs and apricots, as well as cypresses, oaks and vines.
The house is 230 sq m and is on two levels.The ground floor consists of a large sitting room with a fire place, a dinning room with a table that sits 10 and an open plan modern kitchen. There is also a guest bathroom. Two steps up lead you to a large bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom.
On the first floor there are two bright bedrooms with 2 single beds each, which share one bathroom. There is also the master bedroom with a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom has access to a private large veranda with splendid views, which also leads to the gardens.
The house is decorated with stone and wood making the atmosphere cozy and warm.
One level below the the sitting room and in front of the house there is a terrace with the infinity pool, a pergola with a long table, and the pool chairs.
A bumpy road of 300 m takes you to this peaceful, tranquil spot with extra privacy and modern amenities including fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, TV sets, wifi, stereo system with outdoor speakers, apple TV with airplay ,alarm system etc. The master bedroom has also a ceiling fan.
Fresh linen will be provided once a week.

The house is simply a dream perched on the hillside with an astonishing view on the valley and the Chora with a fragment of sea in the back.
The house inside is so warm and unique in the decor as well as spacious and comfortable. The pool and the space outside with the tables under the trees invite you to spend unique relaxing moments there in company of lazy cats.
Finally, Anthonis and Katerina are the kindest persons you can meet, so warm and attentive to your needs, with plenty of useful suggestions on beaches, food and tavernas. They really surprised us with their spontaneous warmness and with their unexpected presents to let us taste the specialties of their loved Andros. For sure a unique solution to visit Chora, explore Andros island with its villages and nature and relax yourself in a corner of Paradise.

This villa is just a dream stay.
The house is in a unique position in Andros island.
Every room is comfy and with special details.
The hosts are friendly and super helpful.
We had the best time and I really want to come back.

We have spent a great week in Katharina and Anthony’s house. The property is just amazing, with a great pool and an extraordinary view. the house itself is beautifully furnished. Communication was perfect. I highly recommend the house and I will come back without any doubt !

We loved every minute of our stay at Antonis and Katerina’s house. It is beautiful, comfortable, and very well-positioned for a quick drive into town and for watching the golden hour over the valley to Chora. The outdoor spaces are just stunning, we couldn’t tear ourselves away. Katerina was so kind and hospitable, too. We really hope to return soon!
