It's been fully remodeled. The bed was comfortable and it has a great shower. You cannot beat the location, 1 block to the beach. Milco is super accommodating and friendly. I will go back.

A half mile to the restaurants, a quick walk to the beach and quiet in the evenings. The bathroom is a bit small, but was able to put on makeup in the large bedroom. After taking a quick dip into the cooling pool, it is just a few steps to your room. Wonderful place to stay a the staff is AMAZING! I would definitely recommend to a couple looking for an affordable stay on Puerto Morelos.

Our host, Milko, was available to answer questions and provide taxi and travel information. I advise visiting anytime of the year, the air conditioning works, the pool is pristine, and snorkeling on the Worlds 2nd longest coral reef is also spectacular.

I love the colours of Mexico and Juanita #1 does not disappoint. The apt. Is completely equipped to the last details even an umbrella and flashlight are provided. The bed is very comfortable and I enjoyed the private patio away from the pool area. I can't say enough about the staff, who are so willing to please you, the whole complex, 4suites and pool area are kept spotless. I am very happy there.
