About this house rental
Whether long conversations, cooking together or just everyone under one roof – time is an experience here.
On the upper floor of the garden villa you will find 160 m2 full of space – for groups that like to be together, but also appreciate retreats.
Five bedrooms, two modern shower rooms, a large kitchen-living room and a cozy living area offer the best conditions for relaxing days with friend or family.
Breakfast on the balcony. In the afternoon with the children to the straw castle. Cook together in the evening – and then to the sauna.

• 2 bathrooms & fully equipped kitchen
• Own sauna made of poplar wood
• Balcony with view of the countryside
• Close to playground, straw, goats & frog pond
Please note: Unfortunately no pets are allowed in this apartment.
Our office is also located in the house, but with separate access – your privacy is of course preserved.

The town of Barmstedt is 5 minutes away by car and offers all the shopping facilities you need. Two ice cream parlors make you want to spend summer and in the Cafe Schlossgefänsin on Lake Rantzau (necessarily visit!) can be enjoyed all year round coffee and cake. Boating, playing mini golf, swimming, a great bookstore, all this is only 7 minutes by car from the Tannenhof.
Central location:
- a half hour drive to Hamburg
- North Sea and Baltic Sea can be reached in less than an hour by car

Unserer Familie hat es sehr gefallen auf dem Tannenhof.
Durch den Tannenbaumverkauf war es sehr weihnachtlich auf dem ansonsten sowieso schon sehr abwechslungsreichen Hof. Die Vermieter waren total unkompliziert.
Man sollte überlegen, ob man Bettwäsche und Handtücher gleich im Preis mit anbietet.
Für Familientreffen oder Treffen mit Freunden bestens geeignete geräumige schöne Ferienwohnung.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Lutzhorn bei netten Vermietern in einer äußerst sauberen, schönen Wohnung! Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und in tadellosem Zustand. Besonders angenehm war auch der uns zur Verfügung gestellte Gasgrill. Der Ferienhof ist sehr ruhig gelegen und bietet viele Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder!
Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm und wir können die FeWo absolut weiterempfehlen.

Die Wohnung war sauber und schön eingerichtet, die Lage ist ruhig und hat uns für unser jährliches Treffen mit 8 Freunden gefallen. Auch Übergabe und Organisatorisches haben gut funktioniert. Die Wohnung war mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet, aber va in der Küche war es für unsere Personenanzahl fast ein wenig knapp.
Leider hat man sich in der Wohnung nicht sehr willkommen gefühlt, da zb in den Schubladen eine Kontrollliste mit allen darin befindlichen Gegenständen befestigt war. Außerdem "unmündig" bei Zetteln in der Dusche, wie diese bitte zu reinigen ist oder im Wohnraum wie man richtig zu lüften hat.
