About this apartment rental
Las Palmas is a large 2nd floor (1st floor to Mexicans and Europeans) condo in the ALIZES, a condominium complex of 52 condos surrounding a beautiful large pool and tropical garden. In the bedroom there is a King sized bed and a workspace overlooking the pool.
This is one of the few condo complexes which still has a ground level pool and garden space; the newer buildings have hot rooftop pools and limited outdoor spaces.
ALIZES is located 1 short block to beautiful COCO BEACH and 2 short blocks to the newer north end of famous 5th AVENUE for shops and restaurants. It's the best of both worlds - close enough to the activity of the center of town, yet far enough away to be able to enjoy quiet nights and ocean breezes with your bedroom sliders open, if you choose.
Your condo is decorated in tropical colors with custom-built furniture, with an open living room-dining room-kitchen floor plan and a king bed with built-in closets, workspace and security safe.
There is a balcony off your bedroom overlooking our beautiful pool and a balcony off the front living room overlooking the street.
Your bathroom has a glass-enclosed shower and sink. It has a well-equipped kitchen with granite for cooking.
Your condo comes complete with 2 backpack beach chairs and beach umbrella for enjoying the nearby beach, a Sleeper sofa, 55" flat screen TV with netflix, king bed, custom furniture, original artwork, washer/dryer combo.
Need a fast reliable network? We have the fastest available! The complex also has poolside wifi as well. You can enjoy the pool and courtyard while still keeping in touch with the digital world. There is also a workspace in the bedroom.
For your convenience there is a city bike rental location right by the complex. You can rent bicycles by the week for a small fee or by the day. There are several locations all around the city.
Las Palmas aims to have everything you might need on this vacation. If you need transportation from the airport we can take care of that too, for a fee. Just let us know when you will be arriving and we will arrange the rest!

The apartment is very stylish and welcoming ( as is Gris, the hostess!) and has everything you could possibly need. The pool area is beautifully maintained with a very generously sized pool and loungers. The location is near-perfect being only 2mins from the beach and 5mins to the relaxed end of 5th Ave. It is a haven from the hustle and bustle of the resort centre and has some great dining options within 5mins walk . We would highly recommend this beautiful home and would return in a heartbeat 💓 💗 💖

We had a wonderful relaxing stay. The communication with the host & property manager was excellent! We had everything we needed at this beautiful condo. We felt very safe & comfortable & the pool was wonderful!

My girl friend and I just spent a week here and it was amazing! Griselda was an awesome property manager, even when we had mishaps, she was awesome. The location is about a 3 minute walk from the beach which is beautiful. About a 5 minute walk from the main streets!It was an absolutely perfect trip!We will for sure be back.
