The Space:
Modern 1 bedroom apartment. The apartment has smart tvs in the spacious living room and bedroom, SONOS audio system in the living room, 1 full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The beach is just a few steps from the building, and there is a partial ocean view from the unit's balcony.
Guest Access:
As our guest you will have access to the entire townhouse as well as the building's common areas amenities.
The Neighborhood:
The condominium is 200 meters from the beach and a few steps from the famous 5th Avenue. Sensational location in the heart of Playa del Carmen, with quick access to restaurants, clubs and the different points of interest of the city.
Getting Around:
Due to the property's central location, you will be able to move to almost any point of interest walking or by bike, however, if you want, you can request a taxi at the reception of the building or rent a vehicle that you can park in our assigned lot.
Other Things to Note:
In order to keep our prices low, we don't include electric in longterm reservations (28 days or more).
For security and compliance with local regulations, a valid photo ID will be required from the primary guest at the time of pre-registration for the property visit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

I give my guests independence, but I am available if they need me.

problems with communicating at first. the shore had no reference of our check in. garbage was left in the unit and pillows were so overstuffed and hard . when we needed something , like washcloths , the mgn.did bring them the same day... so quick response . comfortable stay overall.
