Overall, Alisez grounds and pool were wonderful. Condo clean with a great pool view...large enough to have dinner on deck. Walking distance to 5th. avenue and less than 5 minutes to Coco beach. Some updates needed in kitchen and bathroom but overall good for the price. Pictures on website should be updated as pool has been improved with a wonderful waterfall feature. Really only a 1 bathroom unit as other toilet is on top deck which really is unusable and not great. We enjoyed our stay very much.

When we arrived we didnt have any hot water, the fridge was not working properly and we lost some food, the wifi was not working. The manager came after we called and repaired those things. Then the toilet stopped working and the washing machine.
The owner told us there was a view on the ocean and there was none. No tv channels.. Not enough dishes and ustensiles to cook. No diswaher or oven. Old cabinets. Bad odor in the condo particularly in the laundry room.
Location was great and backyard. Matelas too.
