A fairly large room with a very well-equipped kitchen, which is quite rare! A spacious shower, a large balcony!
That was a very atmospheric area, I enjoyed the ferry rides (transportation in Lisbon is generally excellent).
I took a taxi to Fonte da Telha beach, which was 25 minutes away by car. I wanted to see the sunset. There was almost no one on the beach, and the sunset was something transcendental!
I've read a lot of negative comments about this accommodation, and I don't think all of them are fair.
It can be noisy outside in the evenings, but I have no problems with sleep.

perfect location to visit lisbon, just 10
min by boat to the center. nice apartment. bit of a pity there is construction next door but not so much troubles with that. there is a very nice restaurant close by, Pikaki. although we didn’t meet the owner, we had very good communication with Gina and we even could check in early! thanks a lot for that!

The apartment is at the pedestrian road of Cacilhas and 2 minutes walk away from the Cacilhas port. In 15 minutes you can be at the centre of Lisbon. It was very clean and the bed was amazingly comfort. From 20:00 to 24:00 there is noise from the restaurants above the apartment but the windows have good soundproof and the air conditioning works effectively. The kitchen has almost everything and the washing machine works properly.
There was noise and dirt every morning from a renovation construction right next to the apartment but this was just bad luck of timing of staying.
