Golden Place - Cacilhas

Localização, perto de tudo com transportes públicos, tem quase tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia curta.

Manutenção fraca, existia um balde do lixo com a tampa partida, e a tampa do lavatório também no mesmo estado. Também não havia detergente para lavar a loiça... Outro problema é o estacionamento na zona.

The location- Excellent, Quiet space and down the street you have restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy. The house is very cosy and the lady was so responsive to all my concerns- I asked them to come and clean the carpet and provide some washing detergent and happy they did so. The house is fully equipped and you can buy groceries right next to the building. A micro wave is my only suggestion but honestly everything you need, to cook, clean, sleep is available. I also found some groceries and that was just lovely.

Not majorly but stair is not really disability friendly or accessible. It is made of wood and somewhat narrow. If you have heavy bags it can be uncomfortable. The space is divided into different rooms and from my room I could hear people walking ontop you and wake you up. However this can only be an issue if you have overly active or loud people. I think maybe adding a microwave is most critical-

Bien ubicado para coger el ferry a Lisboa. La chica que nos atendió muy amable. Estaba muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días.

El colchón para mí gusto no era nada cómodo y la cama hacia mucho ruido. Había hormigas y tuvimos que comprar spray para controlarlas ya que a la mañana siguiente estaban por toda la encimera.

Gut ist die Lage nahe der Fähre nach Lissabon. Außerdem ist es im Appartment bis auf Ausnahmen (Geräusche der Nachbarn) recht ruhig. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht.

Ich habe mir am vorherigen Stopp in Portugal den Knöchel gebrochen. Da die Unterkunft über eine steile Treppe verfügt, habe ich eine Stornierung auf Kulanz angefragt, was nach Rücksprache des Managers mit den Besitzern (nicht in Portugal lebend) nicht möglich war. Ich hätte mir aufgrund der Notsituation eine kulante Lösung gewünscht. Die Auf- und Abstiege waren für mich sehr anstrengend und gefährlich. Darüber hinaus war das Geschirr bei unserer Ankunft teils dreckig, der Spülschwamm war benutzt und der Mülleimer im Badezimmer fiel auseinander. Insgesamt wirkt das Bad schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Unterkunft ist recht „steril“ eingerichtet - man merkt, dass sie nicht durch die Besitzer selbst, sondern rein kommerziell betrieben wird. Schade, da ich Cacilhas bei meinem letzten Aufenthalt in einer anderen Unterkunft sehr schön fand.
