A really nice hotel with clean facilities. Beds were very good. Personnel super friendly. Location was a bit far from the touristically area but still the amount of good restaurants and cafes was still good.
It was the breakfast place for Pho as the restaurant was packed with locals every morning. Really nice to see. But if you are more into western breakfast then you have to go outside to one of the dozen cafes around the corner.

Great room, VERY welcoming and friendly staff with well spoken English and great service! Private car was organised for us, boat trips can be booked from reception and overall great breakfast and coffee!
