In resum, it was a good for location, clean and comfortable bedroom.

It was clean but the lift is too tightly.

Calm and worth the money.

Very roomy, lots of space for sleeping and very close to the train station. The owner are so easy to contact and reply very fast.

The shower cubicle is on the small side. If you are a bit overweight you might have some difficulties to use the shower facility.

Cosy room with great wifi in urban area near Paris and Disneyland. You will enjoy the parking spot.

This is a small apartment located on the top floor of an apartment building in a small town east of Paris. We stayed here for just one night, travelling through. The tiny kitchen is part of the main room. There is tiny a toilet + shower bathroom near the entrance. - Great main double bed. - Very long wifi password to type in, but worked OK. - A couch can be expanded to a bed for the kids. - Balcony doors provide fresh air at night, but there was also a portable airco unit that we did not use. - View from the 7th floor is impressive - Darkening curtains allow sleeping in in the summer months. - Welcome parking spot included! - Plenty of facilities nearby and at driving distance. - Nice job on the decoration (looks good on the photos) - plenty of pillows! The key-retrieval experience was clear enough, though puzzling for a few minutes. The main entrance downstairs works with a doorbell system where you have to browse through all the names of people living in the apartment. Because I have never used such system, it was not completely obvious from the instructions. After picking the correct name (specified in the messages) you ring, and the remote hosting service opens the door for you and you can fetch the keys from a locker. The fact that the garage key needs to be retrieved before (and returned after) every else, makes thoughtful planning the arrival and departure procedure a necessity. But not too big of a deal.

This apartment building is located in Melun, an urban area, quite close to Paris. The neighbourhood is a mix of very expensive looking houses behind gates and walls and less fancy apartment buildings. So in the street you can meet all kinds of city people. This felt a bit less safe than some of our other stays near Disneyland and Paris, which were more in sleepy, quieter towns. So being able to park the loaded car on the parking lot behind the building was a welcome, if not life saving feature of this stay. The apartment was more than OK for our purposes, but for four people (like us) it may feel cramped for longer stays. The towels were the stylishly the color black, but we are more a fan of white towels. There is a television with supposedly a streaming service that allows watching the local French channels, but we could not easily get it to work. Because the wifi was working OK and we had our own tablets and phones this was not too big of a bummer. Overall the decoration is stylish and tasteful, but some of the furniture. e.g. in the bathroom, looked like it could use a lick of paint. There is a big cellular antenna installation on top of the building (right above our heads), but we did not notice anything problematic about that. All devices worked normally. It was perfect for our trip to Paris. It was convenient for the railway station and getting to the centre of Paris was so easy. The apartment was easy to get to, the parking is secure. The little kitchen was great to have.

bed is good. car parking is look like safety.

the shower box is very cramped and there is a crack in the floor so everything gets wet outside. the host has trouble distinguishing between a bath towel and a face towel, and it seems to the Host have amnesia or lack of professionalism

Espacio justo pero excelente

Muy bien todo ! La comunicación con el anfitrión y lo que me sorprendió es que es pequeño pero súper bien montado , no te falta de nada, utensilios cocina , lavabo , limpieza , etc , ademas servicios de televisión con Netflix, Amazon etc , un detalle incluso cafetera con capsulas para hacerte el café, camas y sofá cama bien, es la prueba de que no necesitas un apartamento de 80 metros para estar a gusto y viaje con toda la familia
