Villa 3br Tempranillo Villa located within Cypress Lakes Resort

The view and proximity to the Hunter Valley

From the very start We had a terrible time booking and having communication. The website would not allow me to send payment detailsls etc, ID etc and we didnt recieve any messages for the door code before arrival It was very frustrating as , I felt I was doing all the work and chasing our booking ? Also when we eventually arrived the villa wasnt clean !! The Kitchen was pretty ordinary ,wasnt vacuumed or mopped ?? But the main gripe was the smell of Curry throughout the Villa, from obviously the night before And we didnt get there until 630pm So I dont know how that was missed The Villa was all Shut up and not aired ,, Thats how we knew it recieved a very ordinary clean. I can still smell it unfortunately,, It was such a shame We will definetly like to come back as its a great spot But ,with our experience , I wonder if its a private villa or the resorts ? As it should not have happened if it was ours !!! Regards David

The villa was absolutely beautiful. Lovely furnishings and the most comfortable beds and pillows! The kitchen had everything we needed and the available pantry condiments, oils etc were very much appreciated.
