La Mer is a well featured holiday home in the northern coastal suburb of the new Quinns Beach Estate. Just 300 meters to the Indian Ocean, enjoy the views from the timber deck at the large outdoor pool area. La Mer is equipped with tropical styled furniture and functional appliances and offers everything you need for an unforgettable break, stay or holiday. This home is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer and a fully ducted air conditioning outlet in every room of the house.
La Mer is close to safe swimming beaches, public transport, shopping centers, cafes & restaurants. Just a few kilometres from the nearby Clarkson train station to take you to the CBD in 35 minutes.
La Mer accommodates up to 6 people comfortably, so families & friends can enjoy their stay with plenty of room for everyone. All appliances & linen are supplied combined with all the modern conveniences.
The mild Mediterranean Perth climate is ideal for outdoor entertainment; catch a fish from the Indian Ocean, surf the waves, relax on one of the beaches, take a break in one of the many local parks or visit the National Parks like Yanchep or Neerabup in the northern area.
Nearby local attractions include: Hillarys boat harbour, Mindarie Marina, Sorrento Quay, AQWA - aquarium, shopping centres, cinemas, restaurants and national parks, all just a short drive away. Many golf courses are available in the area. Conveniently travel to the Perth CBD by using the train from the nearby Clarkson train station. Travel within 30 minutes to the Perth Swan Valley wine area and visit wineries for great food and wine tastings.

In the end it suited our purpose, 4 bedrooms!! Tried and in need of some TLC, a lot of minor issues raised with manager. Disappointed the pool wasn’t clean (hence 3 stars there) so did not use but then found out it was out of action anyways! Wish people would tell the managers about maintenance issues, how else do things get fixed, even did a few simple ones myself at no charge :)

Ronald was a fabulous host. Super helpful and made our stay perfect. A great location to see north Perth. 10 min walk to the most amazing stretch of coast and then another 10 mins to Lunas cafe which was yum!! Easy access to surrounding areas by car. Safe and secure area with everything that you need. Nice bbq and the pool area was incredible. We enjoyed our stay so much we’ll definitely be back. Thank you Ronald for always being so helpful and for the fab welcome hamper.

What an awesome spot to stay with a family, had everything we needed, loved the pool and outdoor area, spacious rooms, good cooling, overall a great stay. Clean and owners were easy to deal with. Lovely beaches and shops for all you need nearby

La Mer is an outstanding property. Great location, fully equiped kitchen and extremely clean. All bed linen and bed covers where freshly washed as well.We really enjoyed the amazing outdoor area with a crystal water large pool and a Bali hut! A very cozy comfortable accomodation highly maintained by owners. The main bedroom is very large with a nice ensuite and inbuilt robe. Dinning room and sitting room on separate areas to enjoy a bit of privacy and personal space on families with children.We enjoyed few BBQ at the outdoor large area but we also had few take away places, restaurants and 24hr IGA at only 2km distance.Perfect location. Quiet street, short walk to the beach and bus stop on front door.Thank you Ron for all your kindness and assistance. We will definelty come back and recomend this property.A FIVE STARS from us! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Lidia
