BONEFISH BELLA VISTA – YOUR PRIVATE PIECE OF PARADISE
Welcome to **Bonefish Bella Vista**, a charming Bahamian-style home set directly on the waterfront of beautiful Great Exuma.
Enjoy complete privacy: **the entire property, tropical garden and private beach are exclusively yours**. The house combines authentic Bahamian architecture with comfort and a wonderful indoor-outdoor lifestyle.
The beautifully landscaped beachfront garden, with mature palms and Bahamian trees, provides precious natural shade. Relax in a hammock beneath the palms, read a book, enjoy the ocean view or take a peaceful afternoon siesta while listening to local birds. Beautiful artwork and a selection of books throughout the house add warmth and character.
A unique feature is the **natural ocean pool**, formed by a curved line of rocks creating a sheltered, pool-like area directly in the sea. Stretching several metres from the beach and opening out towards the open ocean, it offers a wonderful place to swim, relax and enjoy the crystal-clear Bahamian waters.
The covered **upper deck** is a true haven of peace, with breathtaking ocean views and spectacular sunsets. It is the perfect place for breakfast, reading, cocktails or simply staying outside until late into the evening.
The two-storey house offers **3 bedrooms and 3 ensuite bathrooms**. Upstairs are two bedrooms, a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and ocean-view deck. The newly renovated lower level is an independent one-bedroom apartment with king bed, ensuite bathroom, sitting area, kitchen and screened patio.
Everything is provided for a carefree stay: **six kayaks (single and double), snorkeling equipment, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and coolers**, plus Wi-Fi, TV, BBQ, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Groceries can be ordered in advance and delivered to the house.
Our American property manager **Lott**, who has lived on Exuma for many years, can recommend the best restaurants, activities and local providers. With advance arrangements, we can also organize **private boat excursions, chefs, French cooking classes, massages and other experiences at the property**.
Georgetown is only 3.5 miles away and the airport approximately 12.5 miles.
**Minimum stay: 4 nights. 5% discount for 7 nights; 40% discount for one month.**

Great experience the house could not be in a better location. The view is beautiful. There is a wonderful deck, and the kitchen is fully stocked. Great place to stay in Exuma.

We enjoyed our stay especially the prime beach spot that we had to ourselves. Lott was great and very knowledgeable and answered my texts quickly.

The house is on the water, the views are glorious.
Kayaks, paddle board were available.
Check in went flawless, later communication was also effective.
The furnishing is not the most modern but practical, AC worked well.
The house has washer and dryer but we did not use them.

was very well fitted for 3 couples. nice to have the kayaks, blue hole was very close. would rent again.
