Pompei Domus Michaeli Bed & Breakfast

Super affordable and spotlessly clean accommodation. Don't let the exterior fool you: the building is in a traditional, slightly older neighborhood, but the location is ideal. It’s just a short walk to the town center and only a 15-minute walk to the Pompeii ruins. Supermarkets and essential services are right nearby, along with free parking spaces and EV charging stations just outside. Inside, everything is newly renovated and comfortable, featuring very fast Wi-Fi. A great bonus is the shared lounge area equipped with an oven, tea, coffee, and biscuits—all offered free of charge! A special mention goes to the owner, Catello, who speaks excellent English and is extremely welcoming. He gives great local tips and is super quick to respond to chat messages. Highly recommended, especially for longer stays!

My stay here was great! The owner was so nice and helped me carry my bags up and allowed me to check in early and check out later, which was a lifesaver! The B&B was super cute and modern. There was a little kitchen-esque area in the common area with a microwave, plates, utensils, coffee etc. which was great to be able to use! Wifi was solid! Overall great stay, very happy and would highly recommend. Next to cute community garden and great views of Mt. Vesuvius and fireworks.

The staff is friendly, helpful and flexible. The location is 20 mins walk from the Pompei archeological site and 25 mins walk from the main train station, which was convenient for us. We went to a concert at the amphitheater and had no problem going to and from later at night. Breakfast is generous and authentic. Big thank you for your hospitality.

The room could benefit from a little renovation but it is clean and, for the price, it is okay like this.

The host was great - very attentive and helpful and immediately responded to me when I had some difficulties in finding the place (it is easy to find - I was just having problems with my gps). The room was beautifully decorated and spotless and access to a coffee machine and other amenities was a bonus. Family run pizza restaurant at the end of the road which makes amazing pizzas in a real authentic Italian style.

Nothing. It was great.
