Notos Resort - Tristinika Sithonia

Fantastic location-steps away from the beautiful beach with clear water. Property is like a park, resort, beautifully kept and well maintained. Exceptional hosts - attentive, available, accommodating, responsive, kind. They welcome you upon your arrival and make sure you have everything you need. Rooms very functional, well equipped (Nespresso machine, coffee provided, bottled water provided, sandwich maker, good-size refrigerator, clean sheets and towels every 3 days), clean, modern, air conditioner working well. This all makes a big difference especially when you arrive after a long trip. You can grill (there is a separate, lovely, designated grill area), hosts will prepare the grill for you. Because there are no hotels and resorts around, the beach, which is right in front of the property is not crowded at all, which is a huge plus. Property provides a couple of sun beds, a chair, a table and shaded space on the beach for you. If you do want to get a coffee, drink or a snack, Isa camp grounds are minutes away by walking and there you have a cafe, sun beds, grocery store, restaurants and a fast food place. Shaded parking space. You can even go hiking at a nearby hill. Bakery bus comes by every morning at around 8:30 AM to the property, so it is super easy to get breakfast, especially if you have small kids. Toroni minutes away by car.

Small terrace per apartment, next door neighbors (guests) close (but visually well separated with the panel), kids can be running around, etc, which is to be expected given proximity to the beach (very good for families with small kids), WiFi a bit unstable at times (we were working a bit while there, but you may not notice or be affected if you are there just to rest and relax) The owner's son, Jordan, is a future engineer and fixes it immediately after you let him know. These were just minor, "less than perfect" issues which did not affect the quality of our stay because everything else overall was truly wonderful and we enjoyed our stay very much. The beach and this part of the island tends to get windy in the afternoon.

Das Apartment war recht neu und sauber und die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war sehr ruhig in der Nähe zum Meer und in einem großen Garten. Der Gastgeber war wirklich sehr hilfsbereit und nett.

Es liegt schon sehr abseits und man muss zum einkaufen, essen gehen usw eigentlich immer mit dem Auto fahren. Wir hatten mit sehr vielen Mücken, Ameisen, … zu kämpfen und trotz Insektenschutz einige Stiche. Das Schlafzimmer ist unter dem Dach und dementsprechend ist es sehr warm so dass man trotz angenehmen Nachttemperaturen die Klimaanlage immer braucht. Insgesamt fanden wir den Mietpreis für die Größe, Lage und Ausstattung des Apartments zu hoch.

This was such an excellent stay. The hospitality was unmatched. The resort is run by the most pleasant, welcoming family. It was quiet and just the right amount of secluded. The bungalow itself was pristine and comfortable. We had no issues during our stay and would certainly return.

Notos Resort is a piece of heaven on Earth. Having your own garden, part of the sandy beach, super clean sea all for yourself! We had some minor trouble with a car and host family went an extra Mile for us and took us to their own car mechanic. We are super thankful and will come back for sure.
