The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, so accommodating and thoughtful. Loved how someone came to talk through everything about the accomodation and the village after we had arrived late in the evening. Great that we had a grocery run mid stay and that shuttle services were provided
The beds are very uncomfortable, and a double bed is two single beds pushed together so not ideal for a couple. The wifi started off great but towards the end of the stay it stopped working and could not load anything. We also found that for a big accomodation at a ski resort, one shower is not enough. A Second shower would be ideal.
