Each suite feels like a small home away from home – spacious, well-equipped, and ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. The attention to detail really stands out, from the tasteful interiors to the high-quality amenities, which made our stay both easy and enjoyable. The atmosphere of the property is peaceful and charming, making it perfect for couples or anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable retreat in Greece. The hosts were kind, attentive, and always helpful, making us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. We truly loved our time at Boutique Suites and would happily return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish boutique experience with warm hospitality and wonderful apartments.

A magical experience !!!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful boutique hotel over the Christmas holidays. The property itself is stunning—tastefully designed, impeccably clean, and it offered the perfect cozy atmosphere for the festive season. I particularly loved the accommodation, very beautiful and cosy apartment, the beautiful garden with olive trees and exotic flowers it was so peaceful to sit there and look out at the blue sea. What truly made my stay unforgettable was the host, Dimitris. He went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, ensuring every detail was taken care of with genuine kindness. It’s rare to find a place that combines such a high level of style with such warm, authentic hospitality. The location was perfect, the vibes were amazing, and I couldn't have asked for a better way to spend Christmas in Greece. I highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a unique and personal hotel experience. I will definitely be back also in the summer !

A relaxing vacation in Nea Potidea.

Not familiy friendly

Housekeeping did a good job!

I strongly advise others to look elsewhere before booking this place. The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, far from shops, restaurants, beaches, or any kind of activities. There is no easy access to anything, and even the exit from the property is dangerous – a steep, blind curve that feels unsafe every time you drive out. One of the biggest surprises (which is only mentioned in the fine print) is that quiet hours are enforced daily from 3–6 PM. During these hours, no noise is tolerated – including children's play or any kind of activity. The pool, which is only open from 12–6 PM, becomes practically unusable during these hours. To make matters worse, my 6-year-old son, who is autistic and has tics, was harshly yelled at by a very angry neighbor during these "quiet hours". It was deeply upsetting and frightening for him, and completely unacceptable behavior. The host was not welcoming or friendly. Guests are not allowed to have any visitors at all – even in situations where you might need help, like I did with my child. There was no flexibility or understanding, and had I known any of this beforehand, I would never have booked this place. Instead, I highly recommend staying in Nea Potidea – a charming town nearby with shops, restaurants, and a beach, perfect for families. This accommodation is not suitable for families, children, or anyone who values a warm and accommodating environment.

Completely satisfied and beyond expectations

The garden and the building design are amazing, the host is very welcoming and willing to explain everything needed and to offer the best recommendations. All spaces are clean, the location is very close to a wild beach, and the pool is delightful.

The location was great, close to the sea. Perfect for family with kids. The rooms were very nice and comfortable, the entire place was very green and peaceful. It was quiet and relaxing. Dimitris was very welcoming and friendly, he also helped us with recommendations.

Unfortunately we couldn't stay longer at Dimitris' We had an exceptional, lovely stay with an exceptional host. We enjoyed our time at the pool and at the secluded beach. Dimitris is super thoughtful and happy to help in making the stay even more pleasant. Sidenote: We traveled to 8 Boutiques Suites by Bus, which is no problem from Thessaloniki. But for further travels to nearby cities and beaches we definitely recommend a car.

Everything was superlative. Cleanliness, very spacious rooms with high ceilings are 10+. Continental beds and memory foam pillows offer you all the comfort for a restful sleep. The balcony is very large and equipped and you can dine there. The host was also 5 ***** and can help you with any problem you have. I highly recommend and will definitely return to this location. I had a dream vacation and I felt the comfort of home.❤️

Wonderfully relaxing and private place, outstanding host

The place is wonderfully equipped with everything you need, very modern decor and immaculately maintained surroundings. We enjoyed the hospitality of the our host who did everything he could to make us feel welcome and to help us enjoy our vacation.

This isn't anyone fault's really, but using Google maps to get place from this location was a real challenge (we drove from another country and had to rely heavily on Google). We ended up taking back roads that weren't even paved and often felt like we are completely lost in someone's farm land. The upside of it all--you get to enjoy the beautiful scenery and the endless olive groves.

A lovely relaxing stay

The owner was most friendly and accommodating to our needs, even to the point of offering us upon arrival two suites to accommodate our needs and make us more comfortable at no extra charge. He was extremely helpful, also in giving us phone number of taxi, making reservation for us at a restaurant etc. I would say that he certainly was one of the kindest hosts that I ever encountered during my trips, frequently asking us if we need anything. Premises are large and spacious with lots of greenery. Suites are new, comfortable, very clean and modern having a spacious terrace with table and chairs. Free large bottle of water in the fridge. There is the most beautiful isolated beach with clean sea just a few metres away. Highly recommended for a quiet relaxing beach holiday. It would be more practical to experience a most unique holiday if you come with your own car.

No sea view in our rooms, however lovely spacious areas around the premises with view of pool and lots of greenery. The suites are isolated from main town with absolutely no restaurants or bars available at walking distance. However, the owner kindly gave us the phone number of a taxi service to take us to the closest town, just a few kms away (10 euro each way), and we had dinner at a very good restaurant recommended and booked by the helpful owner. However as an alternative, food can be ordered and delivered to the suites. The owner will undoubtedly help out with that too as he kindly offered all the time to book anything for us that we might need. It is just a few metres with a bit of rough walk down to the beach, but one would be rewarded by its isolation and clean sea. It is sensational as it gives the feeling of having your own large private secluded beach. Breakfast is good and fresh, however it was the pre-packed type by delivery not home made at the property. Accompanying drink consisted of small orange juice carton or coffee pods/coffee sachets so that one makes their own coffee using the coffee machine in the suite. But at just 7 euro per person it is certainly worth it as there are varied options of cooked eggs or yoghurts etc. delivered by the kind owner directly to the suite. Considering the seclusion of the suites it would have been even more gracious of the owner if there was a kettle and some tea/coffee sachets available in the kitchen area or at least a couple of coffee pods in order to be able to freely use the coffee machine during the stay, and maybe a few snacks or fruit in case that guests are hungry upon arrival. `i would suggest that you bring some with you, especially if it is a family vacation with young children.

Relaxing and enjoying stay

The location of 8 boutique is perfect, just between Nea Moudania and Potidea, peaceful place, very private, perfectly clean, modern, quiet, close to the beach for a morning walk by the sea. Everything is made to feel like home. Dimitris knows how to make his guest, confortable, he’s very kind, polite, helpfull, and not intrusive. He gives you Nice place to visit and restaurant to test He knows perfectly the location and his surroundings!!! Do not hesitate to book, we had there unforgettable moments
