Beautifully updated with kitchen island that is well-equipped with NEW pots and pans and dining table, this is the perfect home for gathering and entertaining the whole family. Plenty of seating in the dining area, table and chairs with bench seating! The living area offers comfortable furnishings and a large flat screen TV. The spacious master suite offers a King bed, TV, sitting area and has an en suite bathroom. The first guest bedroom offers a queen bed and the second guest bedroom has a full bed with a trundle. There is a guest bathroom conveniently located in the hallway.

Great location and comfortable accommodations. Only 3 of the four bikes worked when we arrived on Saturday but by Tuesday, maintenance had fixed/provided us with 2 more working bikes. Saw mom and baby manatee swim by.

Loved our stay here! It was clean, well furnished, and had everything we needed! We brought our boat and docked it at the house which made it super convenient to just hop in and go fishing when we wanted. Plus, we had some friends swim and fly up while we were cleaning fish! Pelicans, seagulls, a cute little nurse shark and even a manatee stopped by to see what was up! It was exactly 1 mile from the property to walk to Sombrero Beach which was really nice, and the beach was so pretty.

Great property very clean. Hot tub was very nice. Even got to see manatees in the canal. Close to the beach.

The hot tub was unusable for 4 days of our stay. It was extremely dirty and called to have cleaned and was still unusable after cleaning. Very disappointing.
