Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit großer Küche, Klimaanlage und eigenem Pool. Der Strand ist wunderschön und man kann auch mit kleinen Kindern dort gut schwimmen.

Wir haben die gesamte Anlage gar nicht genutzt, da es so weitläufig ist. Um mit dem Shuttle zum Haus zu kommen wartet man am Strand manchmal sehr lange. Wir werden nächstes Mal ein Hotel direkt am Strand nehmen.

La Villa está impecablente cuidada y equipada, ofreciendo una comodidad excepcional. El aire acondicionado resulta especialmente reconfortante durante las cálidas noches y la limpieza general era impecable. La piscina interior es un gran plus, perfecta para disfrutar con privacidad sin necesidad de salir de la villa. El contacto local en Costa Rica es muy atento y amable: responde con rapidez y siempre está dispuesto ayudar ante cualquier duda o eventualidad. Es importante tener en cuenta que, una vez realizada la reserva, el pago se efectúa de inmediato. No obstante, Vacasa mantiene una comunicación constante y confiable por correo electrónico o vía telecónica, informando de todos los aspectos relacionados con la reservación, lo cual transmite una sensación de seguridad. En conclusión, de haber que tomar una decisión nuevamente, no dudaría en elegirlo otra vez.

Aunque todo en la villa se encontraba en óptimas condiciones, hay un aspecto del condominio que podría mejorar para elevar aún más la experiencia de todos los húspedes: 1. La zona de la piscina del condominio, requieren una pequeña remodelación y un poco más de mantenimiento. Ya que observamos que le hacía falta un poco de limpieza a la piscina. Por lo demás, todo estaba bonito y el ambiente resultó muy agradable.

Unfortunately there were more dislikes than likes. The shuttle was helpful to get around. Villa was pretty but can a makeover plus the beds were not comfy! The food was good but limited especially the pastries, not enough options. The drinks were blah. The restaurant staff were pleasant, not a fan of the cashier. The shuttle driver Marcelo was amazing, he made us feel so welcomed and even went out of his way to show us a section in the facility with an amazing view! We tipped him each time we rode with him, he definitely deserved it!

Villa bathroom in the main bedroom is super outdated, very disappointing and the beds were very firm! Pool surroundings can use a painting. The pasteries need to have more options. The reception need to explain the “all” inclusive wristband colors -vs- the green non all inclusive! We had the cashier chase us down for 4 cups of coffee bcus when the other employee offered coffee & pastries “complimentary to ALL guests” she failed to check wristband colors to point out it was ONLY for blue wristband guests!!
