This beautiful ground floor Ocean Breeze condominium is in a quiet and gated community conveniently located in Playa Hermosa, Guanacaste only a 30 minute drive from the Liberia International Airport. Just a 5 minute walk is the world-famous “Blue Flag" award-winning Hermosa Beach with restaurants and bars of fine quality and the most beautiful sunsets ever seen!
This upscale unit is just steps away from 3 pristine pools which are surrounded by beautiful trees, flowers and lush vegetation that are home to some of Costa Rica’s extraordinary birds and ever-popular Howler Monkeys.
It has a fully equipped kitchen which has granite counter tops with a breakfast bar and stainless steel appliances, 3 large bedrooms, 2 with full ensuites plus 1 full main bath, comfortable living area, washer/dryer, covered outdoor sitting area and dining area with BBQ. Living area has 55” large screen TV and primary bedroom has 32”.
The village of Hermosa offers a variety of dining experiences, gift shops, as well as a small but well-stocked grocery and liquor store less than 1 km away.
A 10 minute drive is the beach town of Playas del Coco which has large grocery stores, banks, medical clinic, wonderful restaurants and entertainment. The retail markets are superb and filled with much excitement and gratitude of the Costa Rican people.
For the adventurer, there are many nearby activities such as jet skiing, boating, fishing, sailing, kayaking or book an amazing guided tour.

This place was awesome. Close walking distance to beach and a beautifully maintained property. The pictures do not do the apartment justice. It was a huge apartment, bright, very spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed. Check in process was easy and overall great stay.

Host was great and helped us on the first night with choosing a restaurant. We really liked our stay here.

The manager Corby was extremely awesome !
She showed us aroud the condo and guided us on where to and where not to go around town. The beds were very comfortable and the condo itself was in really good condition. On the fist day we arrived, the A/C wasen't working proprely and within less than 24h, the problem was solved ! If you're looking for a quiet place to stay close to all amenties, this is the place to stay ! We've been on a 13 days journey and this place was our favourite ! Only thing I would suggest is to bring your own frying pan (s)... Every places we stayed, we had a hard time finding those non-stick pans... I guess they just don't exist in Costa Rica... Other than that, this condo has everything you need ! Thanks again for the awesome service Corby !
