Location is great. Kitchen and living space are adequate for crowded families. Pillows are comfortable. Bedrooms were clean and tidy.
The windows should have nets to prevent mosquitoes. The curtains don’t give enough darkness.

it was a nice location just near the station and the japanese local market was also on a walking distance !
it was on 3rd floor without any elevator so got a bit problem with carring out stuffs !

大阪万博へ行く為利用しました。夢洲から2駅で駅からも近く、とても良かったです。コンビニや飲食店、ドラッグストアも近く便利でした。お部屋は広くトイレやシャワー室が2つあり、家族で利用しましたが、快適に過ごせました。バスタオル・タオル・歯ブラシ・シャンプー・リンス・ボディソープ・ドライヤーもありました。スタッフからの連絡も丁寧で、チェックイン・チェックアウトの方法もとても分かりやすかったです。
和室2部屋に電灯が付いてなかったので、暗くて不便でした。また、洗面台の鏡がきれいでなかったことが残念でした。

アクセスがわかりやすく、コンビニも近くて便利だった。家にいるように家事がしやすかった。
説明が少ない。フロントがないなら、説明書を置いて欲しい。
ゴミの捨て方（毎日捨ててよいのか、外のゴミ箱の位置も案内と違っていた）、連泊6日間だったのでシーツやタオルの交換があると思っていたが、一度もなかった。その説明もなかった。せめて予備のタオルを多めに置いておいて欲しかった。洗濯物が乾かず濡れたバスタオルを使うことになって不快だった。エレベーターがなく急な階段も誤算でした。スーツケースを持って上がるのも大変だったし、高齢の両親はグッタリでした。
