Bardzo przestronny, w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, dobrze wyposażony i czysty apartament. Poza drobnymi brakami w wyposażeniu kuchni nie ma się do czego przyczepić.

お部屋はキレイで価格もお安くタオルや歯ブラシ等も整っていた。
建物入口のドアが外からしかカギでの開閉ができない。各階の部屋にもカギが別であるのですが、他の階の方が外出する際に建物入口のドアをカギ閉めていかれると室内側にサムターンが無く閉じ込められた。サムターンが無い箇所の穴にカギを無理矢理入れて回したら開いたので出られましたが火事などが起きた場合などを考えると危険だと思いました。
