The owner was very quick to response and answered all the questions. Mr Idrees who met us on arrival at the property was extremely friendly, helpful and supportive to provide us with any help we needed. He also provided us with all the important information e.g. nearest supermarket and restaurants. The apartment was on the 2nd floor, very spacious with 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms with one ensuite + a balcony which had a nice view of pool and the sea. One hand and shower towel were provided in each toilet. All the basic kitchen cookware, utensils, tools & supplies where available + a washing machine The building entrance from outside has an access with your car and few steps after that to get to the elevator. This was a great help as I had a elderly family member who required special needs. An underground parking for your car is available and the entire area surrounding the building/project has 24/7 security.

The kitchen cabinets could be cleaned better, as we found lots of ants in the kitchen. The rooms cabinets were dusty which needed to be cleaned.
