This one bedroom with Sunroom apartment in a totally renovated beach cottage with all new kitchen with granite countertops, walk in shower, beautiful Sunroom and ceiling fans in all rooms. This sweet cottage has 2 apartments, each with their own private porches. It Sleeps 4 with a King bed and Queen sleeper sofa . Cable TV and wifi included. Your own private front porch and parking. All amenities provided. One block from Flagler Avenue and one block from the beach. Back Studio unit occupied by long term renter. Walk out the gate in back yard, and you are on Flagler Avenue. Close to all the restaurants and shops.

Need to update the description. States 1-bedroom, den apartment, under Highlights it states 2 bedrooms? When we arrived, the unit had extremely high musty odor. Coffee pot burner was rusty, exterior fan/light not working, no exhaust fan in bathroom. Under Services: Housekeeper included (was told you would have to pay for this service - not included). Washer/Dryer was located in back of property in garage, dark and dirty. Also listed an Deadbolt lock (not what the industry calls a Deadbolt). Television was dying, worked on/off the entire stay and died two (2) days before we left. I would state it is a great location.
