About this villa rental
Family Villa Vikor has 240 square meters,
with 4 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living room,kitchen,laundry,loggia and large terrace of 300 square meters,large pool with jacuzzi. All airconditioned.
Free private parking for two cars.
Position is in the center of area Lapad, 200 m to Marina Frapa Dubrovnik and 500 m walking zone to the one of the best beaches in Croatia, Sunset Beach and it’s near Bay Lapad.Market and Bakery is only 20 meters from the house.
Sushi and pasta restaurant 1 min away.
All Villa is for renting.
In the garden there is a large swimming pool of 32 square meters and extra jacuzzi. Also there is an outside small kitchen area with dining table with chairs, lounge and sunbeds near the pool.
You have closed parking place for two cars infront of the house and no steps (only one when you have to enter in the house)
4 bedrooms with flat tv, large living room and dining area with table for 10 people (+2persons on sofa) if you ask and two bathrooms with shower. Loggia for relaxing, reading or watching a good football game on flat screen.
Also extra spaces (small rooms) one for shoes, one for outdoor jackests and one for laundry-washing and drying) with large side by side fridge with cold water.
Perfect area, calm but yet connected with all parts of Dubrovnik
You have 3 beaches near (Sunset Beach, Coral Beach and Copacabana beach), its near new Marina Frappa.
Its near bus station that takes you directly to the Old town (bus number 6)
Beautiful seaside walk is also near as great sushi bar (Shizuku) and greta pasta and pizza restaurant.
