It was a good location within walking distance of a grocery store, and was not too far from town. The apartment was clean and pretty well stocked. We liked the flexibility of having an apartment with a kitchen instead of being in a hotel where you have to go out for every single meal.
There was a safe (with instructions) but even though the instructions were followed perfectly, several times, we could not get the safe to work; something was definitely wrong.
There was a washing machine in the bathroom, but it did not function properly; needs repair.
The photo in the listing showed cushions on the outdoor furniture but there were none; it would have been nice to have them.

Great communication with the manager, even as our arrival plans changed due to traffic, she was very professional and flexible given our situation. The equipment of the apartment was perfects. Beds among the most comfortable we experienced across multiple different accommodations in Venice, perfect cleanliness. The apartment was very light, esp. for Venice. The neighborhood is very quiet even though it's 13 minute walk to Rialto and 5 minute walk to Fondamente Nove.
The air conditioning was a bit loud but not a big deal. The manager offered to send us a technician (very positive) which we didn't need, as it was not a hot weekend.
