Lighting in sitting room quite dull and minimalist

Large cottage with all facilities. Top of the top is the shower. For families with children it has a nice park with games just out of the front door where you can leave them and watch them from home. On the hole great stay

Very good standard of home comfort , cleanliness , location and ease of access.
I think a couple of small things could be improved.
1. In the welcome pack mention the key if the key safe at the back of the house under the kitchen window, is for the back door, I accessed it to move to the front door with my baggage to find out it was the back door key, just a wee thing.
2. I'd suggest the welcome pack had a little more than 4 tea bags and a similar amount of coffee sachets / milk .

The location, access to train station and shops and the small playground for kids opposite.
The fireplace was difficult to start--the firelighters help but the wood was a little too chunky and could not be cut up into smaller pieces without a small axe. Also, the TV was difficult to start and it was not clear which remote worked with which box (a couple of sticky labels on the remote to indicate would help). For some reason, the free tv had a yellowish screen colour and so perhaps the TV settings could be looked at, but otherwise, great to have access to the SMART TV.

Great little cottage in a great location, we stayed here as we had a birthday hike planned for Ben Nevis :)
Exceptionally clean and comfortable, all the amenities you would want
Jolie went above and beyond as when we arrived there was a lovely basket in the kitchen full of tea, coffee, sugar, shortbread etc
This stay exceeded my expectations. We were only looking for somewhere to rest our heads after our long hike but this cottage was so comfortable. There is a spar a 5 minute walk from the front door, there is also a hotel called spean bridge hotel which serves amazing food, its a must try if in the area.
Also located 5 minutes from the Commando Monument and 15 minutes from eas chai-aig waterfall. Would highly recommend and will be back next time we have plans in the area :)
The shower would run hot after one of us had been in for a shower, but it wasn't a big deal
Could have been doing with having 2 pillows each for the bed but again it wasn't a big deal

Comfortable and spacious for a family of 4, convenient for exploring the highlands
It did get a little chilly especially at night, not all the radiators would turn on. It would have been nice to have an electric dryer.

The cottage is perfect for a mini break in Scotland and is in a great location if you want to explore the lochs nearby and climb Ben Nevis! It was very comfortable and we would definitely go back!

The cottage was incredibly comfortable with good quality fixtures, fittings and linen. It was immaculately clean throughout with very thoughtful touches including the TV set up, good WiFi, comfy easy to control heating and of course the lovely welcome basket. The location was perfect for exploring the Highlands. Excellent comms from the hosts throughout. If your a family visiting the area I couldn't recommend this cottage more highly.

Comfortable and clean, everything we needed was there.
Cottage a bit cold and took a while to heat up. As the weather was lovely chose not to use wood burner.
Was a little further out than we had anticipated but didn't spoil the weekend

The only thing i would suggest would be a little more kitchen equipment-some more chopping boards for raw/cooked ingredients when cooking and some pyrex bowls to use in the microwave would be very useful.

Everything about our stay was smooth - the owner (Jodie) had been in contact regularly before our arrival date and explained how keys could be collected. Any messages I sent, she responded very quickly and I had every comfort and confidence that the property would be in a good state upon arrival, based on the conversations I had with her. There was a lovely little welcome basket for us in the kitchen, which was such a great touch. Instructions were left for all appliances making it really easy to operate everything. The cottage was immaculate and clearly had been cleaned to a high standard in light of the current pandemic - at no point did we feel there was any risk of catching any germs as the cottage was sparkling and smelled clean throughout. There was also a beautiful log fire (which we didn't use) but I would have loved to have had an excuse to use it... it just wasn't cold enough. The views from the front of the cottage are incredible also - what a lovely way to start the day, by looking over at the mountains. Stunning!
Overall, the property is very comfortable and genuinely felt like a home from home. I would absolutely stay here again and indeed highly recommend as a base when exploring the wider area.
There was nothing I didn't like - everything was perfect!

Super, très propre, ça sent bon le frais quand on rentre. Spacieux et bien équipé, sanitaires impeccables. Très bonne communication avec Jodie
