Cute bungalow near downtown Scottsdale. Great neighborhood bar down the street recommended by owner Scott. Short drive to hiking, specifically camelback mountain. Perfect neighborhood for riding bikes, walking, or cruising. Would highly recommend.

Great for 2 couples to get away to see some spring training base. Quiet and comfortable. Hot shower after a long day! Sitting on the porch looking at fruit trees was enough for us Kansas’s!

The inside of this rental property was fine for the price... it was clean and had the space we needed. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked. The ceiling in the main living room was peeling and needed attention. But the exterior and surrounding area was quite disappointing. Upon arrival I was surprised at the shape of the street and entrance to the home. The sketchy rundown house next door was a complete demolition project-which was never communicated prior to renting-which I think it should have been. I was traveling with my 3 young children and would not recommend this area for anyone with a young family. We could not be outside at all with the house next door being worked on there was building materials and just did not feel safe. Luckily we had places to go during the day so we spent as little time as possible at the rental. The owner Scott was responsive and easy to get a hold of. Our last morning there the demo crew arrived at 6am banging walls down and making a ton of noise so I did complain and Scott did respond with his apologies. Overall it wasn't a terrible experience but would not be recommending it.
