The house (130 m2) offers comfortable space for 4 adults and 2 children. The living room is on the ground floor, divided into dining area and seating area with TV and fireplace. Furthermore, a kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, kettle and coffee machine. In addition, there is a children's room with bunk beds, a shower room and access to the patio with shower on the ground floor.
On the first floor there are two spacious bedrooms with double beds, balconies and air conditioning. Also the main bathroom with shower and bidet. A travel cot for children up to 2 years old is available on request.
A staircase leads to the large roof terrace with a view of the castle and the port of Denia, as well as a room for the washing machine.
The house is equipped with air conditioning, infrared heating and solar hot water preparation. WiFi and TV are also available.
The house is located in the popular historic old town of Denia, just 100 m from the sandy beach. Famous bars like Jamaica Inn and Gaudi, restaurants like Peix & Brases, Al Forn, Casa Federico are only a few minutes' walk away. The Sounders discotheque is a 10-minute walk from the harbor.
Denia is the capital of Marina Alta with a large police presence and a modern hospital.
The historic castle of Denia and the shopping area are about 300 m from the house. Alicante or Valencia Airport is around 100 km away.
